Dry Cleaning at Your Building's Front Desk

Partner With Us

Why Sydney Office Towers Add Us

01

A Tenant Amenity at No Cost

Give tenants a dry cleaning and shirt-pressing drop-off at the front desk or mailroom. There is no cost to the building or to the tenant company; staff pay for their own orders.

02

It Fits Your Existing Desk Process

We collect and return on fixed days through your concierge, mailroom or loading dock. Every handover is tagged and logged, so nothing goes missing between floors.

03

3–5 day Turnaround

Suits, shirts and dresses left at the desk come back pressed and packaged within 3–5 days, ready for the next meeting. Tenants never leave the building.

04

Works for a Single Tenant Too

A tenant company can arrange the service for its own floor through reception, independently of the building, which is often the easiest way to start.

How It Works in an Office Building

1. Confirm the Desk

Tell us the building, the desk or mailroom that will hold garments, and its staffed hours.

2. Brief Reception

One short session covers tags, the handover and the booking link staff will use.

3. Tell Tenants

We supply a tenant notice and lobby signage carrying the building’s own booking link.

4. Ongoing Service

Fixed pickup days, a monthly summary and a direct contact for building management.

What the Building Gets

A tenant amenity at no cost to the building

Revenue-sharing opportunities for management partners

Reception briefing, tags and signage supplied

Marketing and onboarding support materials

3–5 day return, tracked from desk to desk

Monthly summary and a single point of contact

Who uses it in a commercial building

In an office tower the demand is narrower than in an apartment building but it is concentrated and it repeats. Shirts and suits are the bulk of it: people who wear a shirt to work five days a week, who keep a jacket at the office, and who have client meetings, industry events or a court appearance that the shirt has to survive.

The pattern we see is a drop-off on the way in and a collection two days later, without leaving the building. Nobody takes a suit home on the train to deal with on the weekend, which is the alternative and the reason it does not get done.

Where the drop-off point sits

Wherever your building already receives things. That is usually the concierge desk, reception or the mailroom, and occasionally the loading dock for larger towers with a formal goods process.

It requires no dedicated space, no equipment and no power. Garments are in tagged bags, held for the same short window your building already holds parcels, and our driver signs for them on collection. We set collection times inside your staffed hours so nothing sits at an unattended desk.

Single tenant or whole building

Both work, and the single-tenant route is often the easier place to start.

  • Whole building. Building management nominates the drop-off point and we brief reception. Every tenant company’s staff can use it. There is no cost to the building and no cost to the tenant companies; individuals pay for their own orders.
  • Single tenant. A firm arranges it for its own floor through its own reception, independently of the building. This suits professional services firms who want it as a staff benefit and do not want to wait on building management.

What building management gets

  • A tenant amenity at no cost, which is a rare thing to be able to add to a tower
  • Reception briefing, tagged bags and lobby signage supplied
  • A 3–5 day return, tracked from desk to desk with a signed log at each handover
  • A monthly summary of collections and any incidents
  • A named contact, and the ability to end it at any time with nothing to remove

How setup runs

  1. Confirm the desk. Tell us the building, which desk or mailroom will hold garments, and its staffed hours.
  2. Brief reception. One short session covering tags, the handover and the booking link staff will use.
  3. Tell tenants. We supply a tenant notice and lobby signage carrying the building’s own booking link, ready to go into your tenant newsletter or building app.
  4. Run it. Fixed collection days, a monthly summary, and one contact for building management.

Questions from commercial building managers

Does this create work for reception?

About two minutes per collection. Reception does not sort, count, price or take payment at any point. Staff book and pay with us directly.

Who is liable for garments held at the desk?

Custody passes to us when our driver signs for the bags. Every bag is tagged and logged in and out, so there is a record rather than a dispute. Ask us for our certificates of currency, including cover for goods in our care, custody and control, and we will send them.

Do you comply with our contractor requirements?

Yes. Send us your sign-in, induction and access requirements and our drivers will work to them like any other regular supplier to the building.

Can tenants in the building use it if building management does not sign up?

A tenant company can arrange it through its own reception. Building-wide setup simply makes it available to everyone and puts it in the building’s amenity list.

What about residential towers?

That is the larger part of what we do. See building managers or the overview of how the service works for buildings.
