How It Works: Leave It With Your Concierge, We Do the Rest

Four steps between leaving a bag at your building’s front desk and getting it back pressed. You are never home for a pickup, and you never carry anything further than the lobby.

The four steps, in order

1. You leave a bag with your concierge

Whenever suits you. Before work, after the gym, on a Sunday. There is no window to be home for and nothing to arrange, because the desk is already staffed and already receiving parcels. When you join we leave a set of tagged bags with your concierge under your name and unit number.

2. We collect from the desk

Our driver arrives on your building’s collection days, 7 days a week, and signs for every bag. Each garment is tagged and inspected on arrival at our facility, and anything that needs pre-treating is pre-treated before cleaning starts.

3. Everything is cleaned to its own care label

Shirts are washed and hand-pressed and come back on hangers. Suits, dresses, coats and delicates are dry cleaned and hand-finished. Everyday clothing, linen and towels are washed, dried and folded. One order can contain all three; you do not need to separate anything.

4. It comes back to the same desk

Cleaned, pressed, packaged and labelled by unit, back at your concierge within 3–5 days. You collect it whenever you next walk past. You are never home for a delivery and you never carry a bag of shirts anywhere.

Why the concierge desk, and not your door

Door-to-door laundry services have to guess when you will be home, which is why they give you a two-hour window and why the window is the part everyone hates. In a building with a staffed desk that problem disappears. The desk is open when you leave for work and when you get back, so the handover happens on your schedule rather than on a driver’s.

It is also why we only operate in buildings with a concierge, front desk or managed mailroom. One stop serves an entire tower, which is what keeps a 7-day service viable and the pricing sensible.

What if I am not home, travelling, or away for a month?

None of it matters. You are never required to be present. If you are on a plan you can skip any week before 8am on your collection day and you are not charged for it, and you can skip as many weeks in a row as you like. The plan picks up again when you do.

How the handover is tracked

Every bag is tagged with your name and unit before it leaves the building, signed for by our driver at collection, and checked back in at return. If you ever ask where something is, there is a record rather than a guess. Your building manager gets a monthly summary of collections, so the desk is never left explaining something it cannot see.

Common questions

Do I need to be home at any point?

No. Not for collection and not for return. The concierge handles both handovers on your behalf.

How long does it take?

3–5 days as standard, or 48 hours on a weekly or fortnightly plan to return in normal circumstances.

What if my building is not on your route?

Tell us the building name and we will let you know. If we do not reach it yet, we can approach your building manager, since the service costs the building nothing and installs nothing.

Do I have to sort my washing?

No. Put dry cleaning, shirts and everyday washing in the same bag and we separate it at the facility.

Is there a plan, or can I just book once?

Both. Weekly and fortnightly plans include free collection and return, and one-off pickups are available whenever you need them.

How do I start?

Book a pickup, leave the bag with your concierge, and that is the whole process. See weekly plans or one-off pricing.
