Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services or website.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services
Concierge Dry Cleaners provides laundry, dry cleaning, and garment care services with pickup and delivery via your building concierge in the Sydney CBD and surrounding service areas.

3. Orders & Bookings
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

  • Orders must be placed through our website or by contacting us directly.
  • We reserve the right to decline orders at our discretion.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring items are handed to the concierge desk correctly labelled or packaged as instructed.


4. Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans are billed weekly or fortnightly via Stripe.
  • Subscriptions continue until cancelled by the customer.
  • Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change with 14 days’ notice.

6. Garment Care & Liability

  • We take every care with your garments; however, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear, or items left in pockets.
  • Liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the cost of the cleaning service for that item, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We recommend not sending irreplaceable or high-value items without prior discussion.

7. Refunds

Refund requests are accepted within 1–7 days of delivery. Please contact info@conciergedrycleaners.com.au with your order details. Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
